Local legends LANX just showed up to the approach shoe party

Whilst we pride ourselves on being able to scour the world to find the finest footwear releases to report on, it’s refreshing to see something exciting happening fairly close to home. The location being Whalley just up the road in Lancashire, and the product being their amazing new 365 Vibram shoe collection. Having previously been made up of boots, these two new low profile additions have been made using the same hard-wearing leathers and waxed suedes as the existing 365 range, and have been engineered to transition seamlessly from pavements to peaks. The men’s Scorton and women’s Edenfield shoes both feature the 365 range’s signature Vibram Arctic Grip sole and water-resistant construction. Whilst additional details include: lace-to-toe lacing for a secure, comfortable fit, a cushioned collar for ankle support, a removable padded insole, speed-hook eyelets, a black waxed-nubuck rand for scuff protection and a gusseted tongue to keep out debris on the trail. All made lovingly in Lancashire by highly skilled craftsmen and women, these superb shoes are for my money the best looking shoes that this brilliant British band have made to date. Capturing the current zeitgeist for great looking approach style shoes in fine style and proving that you don’t always have to go to the Dolomites for your premium quality footwear fix. We just need someone in Stockport to start making down jackets now. Big shout out to our top mate Thomas Griffin for the making these 365 shoes look particularly amazing in the model shots too.
