Autumn Comes Good for Nike ACG fans

If you’re into your All Conditions Gear (and frankly who isn’t?) then you’ll be pleased to know that this beloved Nike outdoor offshoot has released a new cold weather system just in time for the arrival of the more showery, shivery seasons. Engineered to help outdoor athletes stay comfortable, protected and moving freely when conditions are at their most demanding, the latest ACG collection is headlined by the new Lava Flow Ultralight Jacket (the highest warmth-to-weight ratio silhouette ACG has built to date) and the updated ACG Misery Ridge GORE-TEX Jacket along with new pants. Providing a head-to-toe shell system that’s designed for rain, wind and snow, the eye-pleasing drop of garments deliver lightweight warmth, weather protection and adaptable layering for each and every stage of your adventure. Interestingly these new pieces were tested out in the mountains of Yunnan in China, where the ACG team immersed themselves in the region, moving through rain, snow, ice and high-altitude terrain. A key learning experience that reinforced the need for layering systems, weather protection and versatility that able to adapts as quickly as the environment changes. Which led to layering solutions designed specifically for shifting conditions as well as a colour palette inspired by granite, limestone and alpine skies, accented with signature ACG safety orange and vivid purple hues.
