The Canyon Spectral ONfly is impressive on spec

If you’re in the market for a lightweight electric mountain bike then cast your eyes upon this fresh new release from those two-wheeled titans at Canyon. Designed with aggressive trail riding in mind this playful bike has been loaded with impressive features to add to the fun. For example it has an  integrated K.I.S. (Keep It Stable) steering stabiliser that elevates rider control and adds confidence when loose, choppy terrain. Which is aided by a durable double-sealed pivot points and trail tough frame protection, to keep things running smooth and silently ride after ride. Then you’ve got a hidden motor that’s powered by a small but very powerful TQ’s HPR50 drive system with a 360Wh battery. Though a TQ’s 160Wh range extender batter can easily be mounted onto the ONfly to increasing the kilometres-per-charge rate up to 44%. Add to that a 2.6kg carbon fibre chassis designed for enduro-level riding, big hitting forks, powerful disc brakes, long travel dropper posts and light yet super stong wheelsets and you’ve got one incredible lightweight bike that genuinely justifies it’s somewhat heavier price tag.

Canyon’s new Spectral:ONfly is available in 4 models in the UK: CF LTD / CF CLLCTV / CF 9 / CF 8.
