Sprayway’s Torridon bulks up for Winter

Following on from 2019’s relaunch of their iconic Torridon shell jacket, Sprayway are about the release an insulated version of this classic jacket. Designed to pair perfectly with the shell, this warming winter addition has been constructed from TecShell Plus 40D Ripstop Polyamide fabric along with an FC-Free DWR finish that offers excellent water repellency. Whilst the ThermoSphere insulation itself is made from 90% recycled content with 120g in the body and 80g in the sleeves and hood for optimum warmth and heat retention. Other details include a fully adjustable, wire peaked hood, a 2-way front zip with a rear insulated placket for added protection with additional zippered pockets for expedient storage options. Featuring fully adjustable cuffs and a split drawcord hem for a fully personalised fit the Torridon insulated jacket also packs into its own pocket for easy and convenient transportation. Call me fickle but putting the functionality to one side it’s the tonal Sprayway badge that really does it for me.
