Elliker’s latest drop journeys through texture by way of the Yorkshire Dales

Documenting a lovely leg stretch along the ambient middle-ground that resides between movement, material and the landscape of the Yorkshire Dales, Elliker’s first drop of SS26 is all about slowing down and taking it all in. And where better top do it than God’s very own county eh? AS the spectacular dales are the perfect place to reject modernity and reconnect with all the good stuff that a day spent outdoors delivers. Even if you’re not a massive fan of ‘Wuthering Heights’ or giving weird names to barmcakes. The collection itself showcases a popular selection of Elliker favourites albeit in a range of updated colourways, bird, bug and bluebell graphics and technically-enhanced silhouettes. Which is further complimented by a whole host of new bags and backpacks, such as the Nidder Roll Top, Rigg Hydration Backpack and Bain Sling, that’s clearly a category Elliker holds dear to it’s heart, as well as the bucolic rolling hills of their homelands. Whereas standout pieces in terms of new apparel include the Hudswell Pullover Grid Fleece Hoodie and the Arkle Zip Softshell Jacket. Great gear this and a welcome reminder that I really must go and check out the mind-blowingly brilliant Yorkshire Sculpture Park as I haven’t been there for bloody ages as they say in Wakefield.
