Diemme have set the standard for phenomenal-looking footwear this season

Providing a timely visual reminder that their beautiful boots are made by real humans in an actual factory rather than created via some kind of magical ‘dreams come true’ process, Italian brand Diemme have just launched their SS26 campaign. Where they’ve revisited some of their core silhouettes albeit as seen through a lighter and more fluid lens, where movement, breathability, and ease combine forces to define the approaching warmer months. Combing authentic outdoor DNA with a more relaxed everyday approach, Diemme seasonal refinement has been applied to a number of their established styles from low boots and hikers through to sneaker hybrids. All of which have been treated to a range of softened seasonal palettes and material choices that manage to emphasise this subtle change in texture, contrast and lightness without losing any of the structure. Whilst we’re big fans of pretty much everything that Diemme does, there’s a particularly large foot-shaped space in my heart for the Cornaro, which for me epitomises everything that’s so special about this brand. So it’s great to see this fashionable functional favourite represented this season in some sensational new colour and material combinations. Now check out these amazing photographs from the factory floor, you can almost smell the fresh nappa, crispy cardboard, artisanal glue and doppio espressos can’t you?
