Come and do ‘100K Your Way’ this October!

Given that the NHS had 5.2 million referrals to their mental health services last year and one in twelve children are now accessing support, now is a good time to help tackle the current mental health crisis that the UK is currently experiencing. So to mark World Mental Health Day on the 10th of October this year, the UK’s leading sport and mental health charity ‘Sport In Mind’ are asking us all to take part in their ‘100k Your Way’ challenge. The idea being that they invite participants across the UK to walk, run, cycle or move in any way they choose to complete 100km in 10 days and collectively raise £100,000 for mental health programmes. So you could probably cycle it in one day or put some serious shifts in down at your swimming baths, it really doesn’t matter, just as long as you complete this challenge for an incredibly worthy cause.
