BEAMS & Arc’teryx celebrate their 25 year friendship by going bouldering together

Founded on a shared love of craft, functional integrity and passion for the outdoors, Japanese legends BEAMS and Canadian climbing gods Arc’teryx have been working with one another for an impressive 25 years. Undoubtably one of the outdoor and fashion industries’ most enduring creative partnerships, their collaborative projects always manage to hit a highly desirable sweet spot that appeals to fans of functionality, fashion and everyone in between. The ultimate proof that both brands possess a genuine reverence for what each other does, this meaningful relationship shows no signs of stopping either, as the pair are set to release a limited edition anniversary capsule collection this Friday (25.09.26). Which introduces the partnership’s first complete bouldering kit and revives the iconic Theta AR Jacket from 1998, in a colour story named “Kōyō,” after the changing colours of autumn leaves in Japan. The transition and eventual falling of the leaves, having long been seen as a reflection of both the shifting seasons as well as the shifting human heart.
