66˚North’s Snæfell shells gets an eco-friendly update

Named after an ice-capped stratovolcano located in the North-eastern part of Vatnajökull National Park in their native Iceland, 66˚North’s versatile Snæfell shell jacket and pants have just been updated. The new version of both high performance pieces having been constructed using Polartec Bio Based Weather Protection, a super innovative fabric that is partially made from plant based and non-PFAS materials. Also a fabric that’s significantly more waterproof than the previous models, which can now withstand up to 20.000mm of water and windproof with exceptional breathability. The ultimate outdoor option for when the heavens have opened, this ‘Snæfell suit’ features all the smart details and considered functionality that we’ve come to expect as standard from 66˚ North’s exceptionally well made products.
