Like your own personal coach on your wrist, this lightweight watch offers essential running-specific features, training guidance, and multi-sport tracking via specialized features such as marathon mode, ghost runner, and track running. Allowing runners to fine-tune their pacing, simulate competition, and track their progress over time. As well as running the watch includes 34 different sport modes too, enabling users to cross-train with activities such as cycling, yoga, and strength training to enhance their overall fitness. The Suunto Run can also monitor heart rate directly from the wrist as well as sleep tracking and recovery analysis to help users optimise their rest to support peak performance. Whilst the newly introduced breathing app also helps runners and active individuals to manage stress, regulate breathing, and maintain balance.
Weighing just 36 grams and being able to last up to 12 days off a single charge the watch has an intuitive interface that seamlessly integrates with the Suunto app. Providing deeper insights into training, activity levels, and recovery whilst also allowing users to store and manage MP3 audio files.
