Out & Back opens up in Aberdeen

As season’s go, so far it’s been an absolute cracker for cool outdoor shops opening up all over the show. So far we’ve had Peak Performance in Covent Garden, Haglofs in Copenhagen, Klattermusen in Paris and now Out & Back has just arrived in the highlands!

Situated in the granite city Aberdeen the store has been created by a long time friend of Outdoor Licence Thomas Lindie (previously at Hanon) and his equally clued up mate David Taylor. Described as a ‘Multi-brand retail hub for all things Outdoor-Active’ the store has a minimalist Scandinavian vibe that’s complemented by a selection of carefully curated brands that includes the likes of District Vision, Norda, Petzl, Saucony & Satisfy with lots more exciting names due to pop up in the new year. As well as providing an exceptional choice of products the store also boasts purpose built lockers and a hydration station for those heading out on a ride or a run. Whilst they also have a free running club that’s open to everyone and heads out three times a week from the store. Seamlessly bridging the gap between functionality and fashion this is a must-visit destination for anyone heading up to the Highlands as well as those who are lucky enough to live nearby.
