KEEN welcomes two exciting new additions to the UNEEK family

A firm footwear favourite amongst the Outdoor Licence faithful, between the four of us we have spent hundreds if not thousands of hours in our beloved KEEN UNEEK sandals. Perfectly timed for the sunnier seasons KEEN have added two brand new silhouettes to the UNEEK stable of super cool, cord constructed sandals or ‘open-air sneakers’ as they like to call them. First up is the PLT which features a chunkier overall aesthetic, has a tassel version and has a platform sole unit that takes it’s inspo directly from the catwalks of Paris. Whilst the the UNEEK WK takes the innovative KEEN.CURVE technology (first seen with the WK400) into the world of everyday wear. The design team having used the tooling from its WK450 walking shoe and it’s KEEN.CURVE geometry for an optimised everyday walking experienced with a slightly flatter curve. It’s testament to super strong aesthetic and functional qualities of the OG UNEEK to see this streetwear/fashion evolution happening to what has become something of an icon in the outdoor world. Who needs collabs when you can make your own footwear as exciting and versatile as these two new designs?
