Journey to the ‘Circle of Madness’ with TNF

As with the world of surfing, when it comes to freeriding the world’s most epic lines, patience really is something of a virtue. I say this because The North Face have just premiered their latest film ‘Circle of Madness’ which features the intense anticipation experienced by legends Victor De Le Rue and Markus Eder in the breathtaking Alaskan mountains. Clearly worth the wait, once the weather starts to play ball both rider and viewer are treated to some truly incredible scenes of near vertical, unridden lines that take in some of the craziest features, transitions, gaps and landings imaginable. A true depiction of delayed gratification with plenty of humour and philosophical interludes along the way, the film illustrates how the ‘Circle of Madness’ created by hanging around in this unique mountainscape really is worth the wait. We’re giving extra points to The North Face for including some amazing tunes on the soundtrack too, especially the marvellous ‘Earthling‘ by Thee Oh Sees.,
