Gregory and Finisterre are really trying to slow things down

Big hitting bagsmiths Gregory have joined forces with the OG wavey garms collective Finisterre to create two backpacks that are inspired by ‘slow travel’. Rather than shuffling your feet along the trail or taking ages to tackle a hill, the slow emphasis here is on reducing environmental impact and making a product thats built to last a lifetime. Thus preserving the planet as much as possible for future generations to get out there and explore. Alongside a lifetime warranty the sustainability stakes have also been raised via the use of recycled ripstop on these two packs both of which are based on two of Gregory’s best selling backpacks. Made for comfort too their ergonomic design is further complemented by a breathable cushion support, Versa-fit adjustable torso length, FitTune Hip belt, easy access zipped pockets, hydration sleeve and a pull out rain cover. More brands need to provide rain covers with their packs in our opinion, rather than making it an optional extra. Other manufacturers take note: We live in the UK and like mountains, so there will definitely be rain involved in our use of your backpacks!

The Gregory x Finisterre Amber & Stout backpacks will be available in both Men and Women’s sizes from the 23rd July on Gregory.com and Finisterre.com as well as in Finisterre’s 11 UK stores.
