Norrøna Ice Festival 2026

Norwegian mountain Gods Norrøna have just announced details of this year’s Ice Festival which will be held in their native Norway from the 12th to the 15th of February. This four-day event where climbing enthusiasts experience the unique world of ice climbing will be hosted in Rjukan, a world-class destination for ice climbing with over 150 icefalls. Highlights include ice climbing and ski touring sessions led by Norrøna ambassadors and local guides, speed climbing competitions, inspiring presentations, tech talks, and more. There will also be a variety of different clinics specifically suited to the climbers needs from beginner, intermediate and advanced through to rescue and touring categories. Proudly presented by Norrøna in conjunction with their partners Scarpa and Petzl, participants will also be given the chance to test out top-tier gear in the field. Whilst on the social side of things there will be plenty of partying happening too via the 3-course and BBQ dinners as well as a live music concert.
