Altra teams up with and wander on a tremendous new Timp 5 BOA

It’s always gratifying when two of our favourite brands come together to share their expertise and make something special the latest of which being a collab between Altra and and wander. They’ve combined forces to come up with a dreamy version of Altra’s Timp 5 BOA shoe in a granite grey colour palette that represents the alpine landscapes where both brands like to test out their awesome outdoor gear. Whilst the shoe’s reflective elements are only visible when the light catches them in the same manner that the early morning sun illuminates mountain frost. Also designed to bridge the gap between outdoor performance and cutting edge fashion, designer and Founder of and wander Keita Ikeuchi had this to say about this cool convergence:

Merging natural running mechanics with sophisticated Japanese design the Altra x and wander Timp 5 BOA feature precision engineered mesh uppers with a burrito style BOA fit system. Alongside a Vibram Megagrip outsole, strategic reflective detailing and Altra’s signature zero drop platform to promote natural alignment.
