A leisurely look at Café Mountain’s new gear

With a smock appropriately named the Telemark , the latest drop from the exciting new brand Cafe Mountain looks like it’s taken it’s a fair bit of style inspo from classic British war films. Though that’s not to say that this gear doesn’t also feel incredibly contemporary, thanks to it’s use of tasteful tones, premium textiles and crisp graphics. In fact these gorgeous garments are far more appropriate for enjoying relaxed Autumnal rambles and laid back Sunday roasts down your local rather than heroic military missions in the snowy Norwegian wilderness. Describing themselves as ‘well balanced leisure goods’ Cafe Mountain enlisted the craftmanship of a British factory with 150 years of expertise under it’s belt to make this latest collection. It’s a winning combination of sophisticated fabrics with easy to wear designs inspired by the great outdoors that make every single piece from this new drop highly desirable. Incorporating new materials such as Italian Casentino wool tand Japanese cotton ripstop the collection also showcases CM’s first foray into knitwear alongside the reappearance of familiar pieces such as the Rambler cargo pants and classic Clubhouse tee. Ideal for this funny time of year when the erratic weather dictates that layering up and/or down is the order of the day whether you’re out kicking up leaves or inside enjoying a nicely brewed pint.

The first drop from Café Mountain’s AW24 collection will be available from 27.09.24 HERE.
