
Time Well Spent with Klättermusen
Despite the narrator appearing to have ‘swallowed a dictionary’ (as we used to say) and a slight overuse of the breaking the fourth wall device, this really is a beautiful video from our mates at Klattermusen. Part of their new ‘Time Well Spent’ campaign shot in the snowy landscapes of Engelberg in Switzerland the message is all about the intangible rhythm of time and how we each experience it in our own unique way. Which is perhaps explained best by the Swedish mountaineering brand’s creative lead Simon Stenborg:
“With ‘Time Well Spent,’ we wanted to explore how we perceive time in the outdoors. What can feel like eons to some, others simply experience a fleeting moment. But most importantly, no matter if you want to take it slow or go fast, we’re all after the same thing. Moments, experiences, emotions and to make the most of our time. We might choose different routes, but we’ll all end up in the same place eventually.”
Can’t argue with those wise words really can you? As well as being a visual feast the film also showcases how Klättermusen’s ace outdoor gear is right at home in the mountains regardless of the pace you choose to take.
