Open up the limited edition Norda ‘Toolbox’

Having recently been reminded of just how brilliant Dyneema fabric is via the truly incredible Haglofs ZT II 30 pack my military spec material radar started ringing once again after spying this dynamic duffle bag from the cool Canadian running brand Norda. Designed to contain the full range of Norda footwear styles this limited edition ‘Toolbox’ bag has been constructed entirely from Bio-Dyneema – the world’s strongest and lightest fibre. Expanding on its new equipment line launched last year, this new addition to the range is also apparently the only orange Bio-Dyneema product on the entire planet. Coming in at 70L it’s the perfect size for all your gear when heading out on an approach, weekend trail excursion or race day (as well as coming in pretty handy for less strenuous activities like taking a short city break or doing some serious retail therapy). Super light and super strong this shimmering duffle bag also comes with a handy stealth black Bio-Dyneema dry bag for additional cargo/organisational potential as well as having padded shoulder straps that allow the Toolbox to be carried as a backpack which can be detached when not in use. Whilst on the exterior of this versatile bag are two mesh-lined, zippered compartments for quick access items and each interior side wall in the main compartment also features a net pocket with an elasticised opening hem. Allowing for breathable and creative separation of all your essential items from the main interior storage space with cinch straps on the outside to help compress the bag down when space is at a minimum. A bit like Goretex or Pertex, Dyneema is one of those miraculous materials that once you have encountered it you start to question ‘why can’t everything be made out of this?‘.
