Arc’teryx Winter Tour: Manchester and London dates

From quiet moments in the backcountry to shared connection in the mountains, the Arc’teryx Winter Tour promises an evening full of films and stories as we celebrate the season that shapes us. In the UK, the Winter Tour is gearing up for two blockbuster stops, featuring inspiring film premieres with stories told by Arc’teryx athletes and special guests, including filmmakers and creatives. First, it rolls into Manchester’s impressive Everyman Cinema on November 25th. Then, the tour heads back to the capital, taking over the legendary BFI IMAX on the South Bank on December 9th, where guests will be completely immersed in the on-screen action on the UK’s largest cinema screen!

Manchester film program:

Elsewhere – a new film and exhibition following four athletes on a multi-day, self-propelled freeride expedition, skiing and camping deep in the high Alps.

In Between Days – a snowboard film following what happens when nine riders from four countries touch down in the Japanese Alps during a season-defining storm.

Mountains of The Moon – in a world where Earth’s energy is harnessed through six inexhaustible forms, a group of unlikely heroes discover a profound connection between these energy sources and life’s exhilarating experiences in music, art, ocean, and mountain exploration.

Sweven – a unique art and design project which re-imagines the traditional Japanese ski experience by blending a cyberpunk/brutalist vision with Japanese culture and nature.

Fifty-Fifty – follows celebrated alpinists Ines Papert and Sarah Hueniken as they both approach 50, climbing as strong as ever, and defying age with a strong partnership and individual will power.

London film screenings: Mountains of the Moon, Elsewhere, In Between Days & Fifty-Fifty.
